The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided good recommendations for places to eat.
The air conditioning in my first room wasn't working properly. It was quite warm. the shower drain was also very slow. i had to complain several times before they moved me to another room.

The hotel looked promising. i was initially given a room where the air conditioning didn't work and there was no hot water. the shower drain was also slow. it took three complaints before they moved me to another room. It was like they waited longer than necessary. the staff downstairs were lovely! but the front desk seemed pretty stubborn, unfortunately.
